A safe work environment and work culture are important to us – we care.

With us, it's important that all employees and partners feel safe and have the opportunity to report serious misconduct.

As an employee or partner, you therefore have the opportunity to use our whistleblowing function to report suspected irregularities, deviations from our ethical guidelines, or other serious conditions in the business.

Reporting can be done anonymously through our external whistleblower system, which is designed to ensure secure and confidential handling of incoming cases.

In accordance with Whistleblower Act (2021:890) (opens in new tab) As someone reporting misconduct, you have strong protection against retaliation. This means you cannot be subjected to any negative consequences for having reported in good faith.

Anonymity and confidentiality

You have the option to report anonymously. The system is designed to protect your identity and ensure that information is handled securely.

However, it is important to be aware that anonymity can be affected by the information provided in the case.

Only specially designated and authorized persons have access to received reports. All handling is done with a high degree of confidentiality and in accordance with current legislation.

What should a report contain?

You don't need proof to make a report. A suspicion that something isn't right is enough.

To facilitate processing, it may be valuable to include relevant information, where possible, such as:

  • a description of the event
  • Time and place
  • any affected persons
  • documentation, for example emails or other supporting documents

How is your case being handled?

When a report is received, it is accepted and handled by specially designated functions within the organization. The process is conducted promptly, objectively, and with respect for all parties involved.

You will receive confirmation that your report has been received and feedback in accordance with applicable legislation.
